Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:30 PM
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Identification & Age

• Valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in.
• Minimum age to check in: 18 years
• For couples, a marriage certificate is required at check-in.

Payments & Deposits

• A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if the credit card is not valid.
• A refundable cash deposit may be required at check-in.

Children & Extra Beds

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Cribs: Free for infants aged 0–2 (upon request)
• Extra beds: KWD 10 per night for children aged 3–10 (upon request)
• Availability of cribs and extra beds depends on the room selected.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type and rate.
• Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific conditions.

Pets

• Pets and service animals are not allowed at this property.
